Welcome to my blog!

2024 has been a year of transformation for me—a journey of growth, discovery, and becoming the best version of myself. I lost 15kg through lifestyle and nutrition changes, resistance training, and found strength both inside and out.

Thanks to my improved fitness levels, I trained and ran a 5KM and 10KM race this year.

I love watching dramas and reading stories too much for my own good resulting in me learning multiple languages. Being a drama-lover drove me to learn Korean and Thai languages so that I can watch shows without subtitles.

I also decluttered my life, set meaningful boundaries as a recovering people-pleaser, and discovered my life’s purpose: to impact lives positively through stories.

2024 has been like a crazy roller-coaster ride and the experiences changed me for the better. I could feel the difference in the way I show up for myself and the world.

I am now ready to share my stories, hoping they might inspire or help someone on their own journey. This blog is also a space for connection, where I hope to learn from others as we navigate this path together. So don’t be shy and connect with me!
